I cannot believe Liberty Life associate themselves with a rip off company like Care Cross.
Care cross has to be the worst medical aid on the market and i beg anyone wanting to join them to read the fine print very very carefully because it will cost you. I recently had an incident where i booked myself into the emergency center of a semi private hospital, this is where the fun starts, because i was not sent by a care cross G.P. only 30% of the treatment bill will be covered. So what they are implying if you are in an accident you 1st have to be checked by a Care Cross G.P. to decide if you should go to hospital or not.
Typically like all insurance companies lets find a way how not to pay the account.
Liberty Life i suggest strongly that you remove Care Cross from your panel of Medical Aid policies you underwrite because they are seriously affecting your good name. My friends and colleagues are seriously considering changing there insurance & life policies from Liberty to someone else because of the service received from your partners
