Hello Peter,
We cancelled our life assurance policy with Liberty Life in August 2013. We were advised that Liberty Life will not process the debit order on our account in beginning of September 2013.
Liberty Life proceeded to withdraw the money from our account on 02 September 2013.
We followed up with Liberty Life and they advised they are aware that they had debited our account and Liberty Life will process our refund.
We followed up again and Liberty Life advised they had processed the refund to our account.
To date Liberty Life has not refunded our money and the battle with them continues.
We wish for Liberty Life to refund the debited amount since we had cancelled our policy.
