In 2011 I fell sick and were in a coma for a few days. I am now mentally disabled and were medically boarded from work for life.
Liberty life has paid me for 24 months. They then requested new medical reports in order for them to continue to pay me. The deadline was the 10 February 2013.
I have been running around asking my Dr's and specialists for the most recent medical reports concerning my medical condition and were told the same thing from all my Dr's and specialists that I am Mentally disable and were medically boarded for life and that I do not have any recent medical reports as I am permanently disabled and were discharged from hospital as there is nothing they can do.
I then submitted Liberty life the only Dr reports I have received, but Liberty life did not accept it. As I ran out of options I asked Liberty life for assistance and asked them to advise me where to from here. I have done all of this prior to the deadline and I have been emailing them on numerous occasions for advice but no one responded.
After the deadline Liberty life responded saying "I" missed the deadline and they closed my file and stopped payment!
