Fnb good advertising poor service

I am sad to say that i am truly disappointed with FnB and mostly the credit card department. I have signed up for a credit card two and a half months ago and i seem to be waiting for it still.

I was told by the salesmen that i had to supply a 3 months bank statement, pay slip and proof of address, i sent everything the day after and i waited for two months later and still no word so i decided to call fnb and they told me that i was meant to supply a 3 months bank statement from my bank not from my statement on my online banking with each page had to be stamped by my old bank.

I am upset with the fact that on one tried to call me and let me know that i had to resend all my info with the right bank statements.

I also had a small problem with fnb debit switching saying that i had a multi choice debit which i didnt have at all, they didn't even get all my other debit orders right i had to call my insurance to update my banking details or else i would have missed my monthly car payments. I still have the multi choice on the fnb emails that states that it will go off on the 1st of july please can you take if off i don't have a multi choice debit order!
