Bad Attitude and unfairness in banking policy

I am having a problem with them (African Bank) all I wanted from them was to update my debit order details and they are telling me they can't unles I provide a 3 months bank statement. And I asked why I can't just give them a 1 page that has my account details and a bank stamp as it will cost me per page to get a 3 months bank statement. And the Laddy Boitumelo Phasha said no their banking policy requires a 3 months bank statement. This is not acceptable as the cost of 3 month bank statements can go as high as R120 depending on the transaction list and number of pages printed.
