I have been banking with Capitec for many years now and it saddens me that i have to go to this extent to get a service that was once brilliant, i always had a multi loan with capitec and never had an issue till a couple of months ago, it seems that since they upgraded or rather down graded the facility that calculates your affordabilty it just does not work anymore, my multi loan has always been R4000.00 and i have never skipped one month of payments in fact sometimes the debit would go off befaor the time and it was all good because i knew if need be i could access it timously however for the past couple of months the debit would go off and nothing would reflect it would still show as outstanding, the last time i had to complain on this very website and it was fixed, is this the extent i will have to go through everytime i need to access my multi loan??? i have been a loyal customer with this bank for many years now and it suited me just fine all these years however if this service continues i will be forced to take my business elsewhere.
