No More Prestige Banking?

3 Months ago I went to my Prestige Banker and closed by Credit Card account, we called Credit Card Devision, Got the Settlement Amount, Did the Transfer to Settle the Account, And then she un-linked my Credit Card from my Internet Banking and my Normal Debit Card. The Credit Card was Already Destroyed. Everything was sorted. 3 months later I get a statement that I owe ~R54 on the credit card.

I went to Standard Bank Fourways 08/04, to resolve a small issue. So I went upstairs to see my Prestige banker about the issue, after waiting 20 minutes I was informed that Prestige Bankers only handles Sales! I had to go Down Stairs and go to THE BACK OF THE LINE. Waited another 30 minutes to be helped by Neo, who was busy helping 2 other people at the same time! In the bank I had to call Credit Card Devision, the call lasted 32 minutes! In total I was in the Bank for almost 2 HOURS just to sort out a small issue, that was CAUSED BY STANDARD BANK IN THE FIRST PLACE!

SO PRESTIGE BANKING FROM 1 APRIL IS JUST FOR SALES!!! FOR ISSUES YOU ARE HANDLES THE SAME AS EVERYONE ELSE, EVEN THOUGH YOU PAY MORE MONTHLY FEES!!!

O, and I was promised a account closure letter twice, never received one.
