I have been a customer with Multi choice for more than 5 years now. In November 2012 our extra view decoder broke and we went to a Multi choice agent and bought a new decoder. The agent activated the card for me and told me to just go and plug the decoder in and everything should be fine. Everything was fine and work perfectly. On the 2nd of Jabuary 2013 a debit order went of my account for over R1875 I contacted Multi choice and they said that this is due to the fact that I have 2 premium subscribtions. I explained the situation with the xtraview decoder and was told they will reverse the subscribtion and I must go to the bank and reverse the debit order and pay R655 at Pick 'n Pay. In February the same thing happened and amount of R1375 was deducted I phoned again and was told the same thing to reverse debit order and pay at Pick 'n Pay. When I checked our account last week I sew the same thing again I phoned again and was told the journal that was done was rejected and they will send it to be authorized again. I'm still waiting. Please help. I only have one premium subscription with Xtraview. Please sort out DSV you are costing me money in bank charges. What info must I provide!
