ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE

I HAVE BEEN A A MEMBER WITH MY FAMILY OF MULTI CHOICE AND M- NET FOR OVER 60 YEARS - I HAVE RECENTLY RE ACTIVATED MY OWN MULTI CHOICE EXTRA VIEW DECODER WITH HIGHLIGHT RADIO IN ALBERTON WHO GAVE ME EXELENT SERVICE . TO MY ABSLOUUT DISMAY SINCE DAY TWO OFF INSTALATION MULTI CHOICE GAVE ME NO SERVICE WHATS SO EVER AND I WAS SENT FROM PILLAR TO POST FROM DAY ONE -
1. THEY TOOK OFF MY DEBIT ORDER FROM A BANK ACC THAT I CLOSED OVER TWO YEARS AGO - WHERE DID THAT MONEY GO
2. I TOLD A CONSULTANT THAT THAT BNAK ACC WAS THE WRONG ACC - APPARENTLY MY FAULT - NICE IN PASSING THE BUCK WHEN YOU DONT LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMER -
3. ON THREE DIFFERNT OCCASIONS I GOT THREE DIFFERNT AMOUNTS TO PAY R750 / R1710.65 AND R750 A DEBIT ORDER CAME OF MY ACC ON THE 26TH OF SEPT .
4. I SENT THROUGH PROOF OF PAYMENT TO MULTI CHOICE AFTER THEY SUSPENDED MY DSTV TWICE ONLY FOR IT TO BE ACTIVATED - I GOT A MESSAGE FROM THEM ON THE TV SAYING ALL IS SORTED OUT NOW
5. A WEEK LATER SOME THING...
I CALLED IN AGAIN - SENT THROUGH THE SLIP AGAIN - ONLY TO HEAR THAT... I APPARENTLY CANCELD MY DEBIT ORDER - NO WHERE IN ANY EMAIL OR CONVERSTATION DID I CANCEL ANY DEBIT ORDER
