NO FEEDBACK AND REFUSAL TO GET MANAGEMENT INVOLVED

I REFER TO MY APPLICATION FOR A LOAN WITH AFRICAN BANK AND DEALING WITH TELESALES CONSULTANT CASSIUS CHABAESELE .MY FIRST APPLICATION WAS 12 JUNE 2013 AND ON 18/6/2013 I SUBMITTED ALL THE DOCUMENATATION THEY NEED.AFTER NUMBEROUS LETTERS FROM MYSELF AND MY HR DEPT TRYING TO EXPLAIN A SIMPLE MATH "QUIZZ" THAT MY SALARY GETS PAID ON THE 25TH AND MY OVERTIME ON THE 7TH OF THE NEW MONTH AND SIMPLY BY ADDING THESE TWO PAYMENTS YOU WILL GET THE TOTAL ON THE PAYSLIP (WHICH TOOK A WEEK TO GET INTO THEIR HEADS) I KEPT SENDING EMAILS TO CASSIUS CHABAESELE ENQUIRING TO THE STATUS OF MY APPLICATION.NEEDLESS TO SAY NO REPLY AT ALL FROM HIM.I CALLED THE CALL CENTRE TODAY TO LOG A COMPLAINT AND WAS TOLD THAT COMPLAINTS DO NOT GET PASSED ONTO MANAGERS??? AFTER SPEAKING TO THE TEAMLEADER BRIGHTNESS (WHO PROMISED TO CALL ME BACK) CASSIUS CANCELLED THE APPLICATION ON MY BEHALF AND SAID THAT I CANCELLED IT.SEEING THAT ALL OUR COMMUNICATION WAS THROUGH EMAIL I NOW INSIST ON HAVING THAT EMAIL IN WHICH I CANCELLED THE APPLICATION SEEING THAT THEY ARE NOW WASTING MY TIME."CALLS ARE RECORDED" AND ACCORDING TO BAD ATTITUDE CASSIUS I CANCELLED THIS TELEPHONICALLY SO GET ME THE RECORDING AND PLAY IT TO ME!!!
