REQUEST FOR INSURANCE AND REPAIRS FOR DEVICE

As early as January I called to requesting my device account to be included insurance and I noticed on the February statement that insurance is still not included then I called again. I was promised. Again April there was no insurance added on my billing. on the 20 May I called and at this time the phone was freezing and enquired about repairs. I was then taken from one number to another subsequently I received an email on the same day wanting me to rate but instead of rating I emailed and requested assistance for insurance and told them the phone is freezing. The phone is not even a year old. instead of assistance i received an email stating that I am Mr., even though I am Ms., I then corrected this on the email communication that requested me to confirm that I am the user, just bear in mind I am the account holder of FNB, how can they not have my details. the email promised to come back. I even told them that now I am sick and tired of them not assisting and want to return the device, then I received a call promising to act on my case. Till now as I am writing nothing has been done both the insurance and the freezing device. Note that I don't want this device anymore
