I paid off my mobile device with FNB in November 2013. When I got debited still on the 27th Nov, I sent an email to [Email Removed] and I never received any response. A week later I then called them to make sure if they had received my request. I spoke to a gentleman whose name I cant remember, who then assured me that he had cancelled my device insurance. In the 27th Dec I check my account to find that FNB Insurance has debited my account again despite the email and phone call. You were very quick to respond when I wanted to pay up my device now my request is being ignored when I want to cancel. How CUTE!!!
