Highly disappointed

I recently bought a smart device from FNB and applying for one was simple till it came to delivering my device. First i got an sms stating that the device will be delayed and they apologise for the inconvenience then i have been trying to get insurance on this phone but when i call no one is available to help me the consultant who sold the phone to me told me that fnb doesn't have cell phone insurance. but when i went onto the site it stated that insurance would be R118 for my smart device i have been calling FNB since the 6th of January trying to get insurance on my device and no one seems to be available or return my calls then i finally receive the device and it comes with a cell c sim so since i was not informed of which network i would like to have i automatically thought no data would be transfered to that sim. last week i receive an sms that all my data would be transferred to the cellc sim..i don't like cell c I have always used vodacom and i will not change yet again no one from FNB seems to be able to help me. I am very disappointed in FNB cause i valued their customer service so much that i even referred members in my family to switch to FNB... Highly disappointed
