HOW CAN WE NOT HELP YOU

I took a device and included insurance with the purchase. 2-3 days after receiving the device I called and emailed to cancel the over priced insurance because Virgin Money who is my insurer offered me a much better deal. I emailed them again to confirm that they cancelled it but alas these knaves raided my bank account for more than 2 times the value of the insurance.

I want my money back. I think its time to reconsider where I bank!
