I bought a Samsung P3100 tablet with FNB in December 2012. FNB device insurance department started debiting my account from end of April 2013 saying that they had a backlog with processing insurance applications. I immediately called to cancel the insurance as I never opted for insurance with them when I purchased the tablet. I was then told that they will listen to the recording and reimburse me my money depending on whether i requested the insurance or not and e-mails were sent back and forth. Up to date I am still waiting for the recording, and the bug is being sent from 1 person to the next. Unfortunately on the 12 of August 2013 items were removed from the boot of my car and this device was included in those items, I processed a claim so they can replace the tablet, they refused as the insurance does not cover for what happened and UP-TO-DATE the insurance is STILL NOT CANCELLED. The premium have even gone up by end of September, no notification of the premium increases??? I'm despondent.
