A reservation was made, and I arrived to collect the reserved car. I was requested to pay the holding deposit of R6730, which had been deducted from my account with SMS confirmation. However, the branch indicated that the transaction was unsuccessful on their side and refused to release the car to me. Consequently, I decided to cancel the reservation and move on.

Later that day, I realized that the holding deposit had not been reversed back into my account.

It was an absolutely frustrating and annoying experience with Avis Amanzimtoti.

In conclusion, an amount of R6730 was deducted from my account without any service provided. This demonstrates the poor efficiency I received from this Car Rental Outlet.
