Device is under 3months old and is freezing

Hi

received my insurance replacement device blackberry Z10 now paid my Nashua mobile account and come to find the device is totally frozen have to literally take the battery out after every application i use else it freezes please can your repair centre issue me a new device i am bringing this phone back tomorrow to your head office i cant pay for something that does not fit its purpose or cancel my contract
