I logged a query on the 10 of June 2013 regarding a loan account which was paid up by Debt Sage in 2009.I fowarded all the relevant information and documentation to their website. I thern received an email from Nadine Nel confirming that they have received the documents and will it will take 3working days for them to resolve or alternatively i should contact them 0861 266623,
On the 18.06.2013 I called the number and spoke to Shanique at 14:9pm who adbised me that i must wait 3-5working days for a response, and stll nothing. Today 24.06.2013 i spoke to Mandy who also advised me to wait 3-5 workind days for a respose.
I'm very irrate by this behavior its been 2 weeks now, I keep on phoning and not getting any satisfaction
