Today, I went and bought some food. While I was there, I asked a staff member named Lesego why they serve us rejected chips, especially when we buy takeaways. Instead of answering my question, she went and told other staff members at the shop. One by one, they started coming out to check on me. This really annoyed me as I was like a laughing stock to them. I asked for a manager and asked her is itvwrong if I complain about their service instead she became very defensive without even hearing what I wanted to say. She just said I must come check my order if it right and no apology whatsoever. I know all of them that ere laughing I told them that I will report them but the continued to laugh. I'm so angry as I was unfairly treated in front of other customers.
