FNB delivered me a faulty iPhone 5, I have taken the device to the nearest iStore the battery is lose and cant be repaired, I have the insurance options aswell, not one fnb consultant has the knowledge to tell me the correct procedure to follow... I am now really fed up to call and to call and to be transferred from one department to another!!! How cant we help you and incompetent staff members :-( wish I could scream and swear on here
