This is now may second complaint about the same problem I had with FNB.I ordered a BRAND NEW IPHONE 5, everything in the iPhone 5 in the inside is loose!! After calling FNB several times and being put trough from one department to another, not one staff member of FNB can supply me with the correct procedure to follow. I am paying the insurace aswell and I DEMAND A NEW IPHONE 5!! This is a disgrace to supply customers with faulty iPhones!!
