Received my device but the device was faulty. It has to be returned to MTN. I went to the nearest MTN store but they could not exchange or send back the phone I had to contact customer care to arrange that someone is sent to pick up the device or I must take he phone to the nearest Istore for assistance. The Istore could not assist since the device came from MTN. When I contacted customer care they where unable to assist and asked me to call MTN Direct. I called MTN direct but they could not assist me and requested that I call MTN corporate division. I called MTN Corporate and after being transferred to 3 consultants I was informed that they could also not assist. The only person able to assist is the corporate sales consultant that signed the contract. Why can't the phone be exchanged at any MTN store. What happens if the sales consultant leaves MTN. Won't I be able to resolve any future issues.
