I applied for an iPhone 5S online. I received a confirmation SMS and immediately called the Smart device department to check on the type and specification for the device. After telling the consultant that I applied for a gold device, I was told I will be getting a space grey one. I was then advised to call 0877367270 which I did and after explaining to the consultant, I was transferred to Digital Planet call centre where I was told they cannot change the colour of my device but to contact FNB. The last consultant I spoke to from FNB after holding the line for over 10 minutes suggested I call Online banking as I did my application through them. All I want is a gold iphone 5S and nobody could tell me which department deals with that. I don't want to cancel my order, I just need this specific gold phone please.
