I ordered a Macbook pro from FNB. The device was delivered on Monday the 30th of Sep. I opened the device turned it on. I immediately noticed that there where marks on the lcd down the entire bottom of the screen.
I called the call center right away to tell them they delivered a faulty items and I would like them to send me one that 100% in working order. They basically then told me that they can't help me and I need to take it to the closest iStore and sort it our myself (Really? Is this the after sales support that you offer?). After fighting with a few people I eventually relised I am getting nowhere and took it to the iStore (Don't know what I would have done if I did not stay close to one).
I booked the device in, they told me that it will take a couple of days. When I eventually got hold of them today they told me the device has not been looked at and that it will take 10-17 working day. How in name is this possible. All I want is a working device delivered to me as that is the what I paid for.
The only person I have spoken to via FB is RB Jacobs which I suspect is an alias.
I am extremely annoyed and no one is helping to resolve situation.
