After ordering an iPhone 5 via my online account, The product is faulty with a loose battery. After calling FNB several times and being put through from the one department to the other and holding on I decided to hand in my phone at the iStore, they "fixed" it and is now doing the same... How nice of you FNB to supply me with a faulty iPhone 5!! very unhappy customer, I also took the insurance. I demand a new iPhone 5!!
