Pathetic Service from FNB

Purchased a new iphone 5s through them, got it delivered on 20Dec and the device is faulty out of box.

Took it to the Istore at VodaWorld and they said FNB needs to replace it as its out of box warranty is still valid.

Phoned FNB Monday 23 December 2013 they said i should book it in and have it checked, did this at IStore at vodaworld again same day, they confirmed its faulty and FNB needs to replace.

Phoned FNB on 24 December 2013 they said no IStore needs to replace it, and IStore says FNB needs to replace, Phoned FNB again and they gave me another number to phone for a proof of purchase, waited 4 days for it to be mailed to me. Once again i was told to go
to Istore and they will replace it. Got the proof of purchanse 4 days later and its on the last day of out of box warranty and guess what IStore still says FNB needs to replace it, this is really frustrating and pathetic. And to top it off IF IStore has to replace it all the devices are out of stock so now im stuck with a faulty device till who knows when?
