I received an sms from MFC a couple of weeks ago that I qualify for an early settlement discount.
When I dialed the 012 436 3054 number supplied on the sms, I could not get through to an agent after 20 minutes of holding. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE!!!
