I have been contacting them at least 6 times a day, holding on for a minimum of 10 minutes just to have them transfer me again.
They even gave me the direct number of the person working with our account but even that number is out of order. I am so fed up with their poor service delivery.
They are always so quick to phone you for a late payment but who is going to pay for all my expenses while trying to contact them.
You cannot complain about the service because there is no service.
