I have a very valid and legitimate query relating to the illegal disposal of my late father's vehicles, both of which were financed by your organization. As I type this now I have been on the line "waiting" for Veronica Booi for 44 minutes. I am phoning from Pietermaritzburg and have dialed a Johannesburg number. This is not only poor service, it is disgusting! In fact it cannot even qualify as service.
