So another 2 weeks has passed and still my phone is missing.
this is all the fnb must do is to send phone back to me and refund all
my premiums paid for device insurance after i got charged for months for
something I did not give permission to.
but most important where is my phone?
This is very unproffesional how long must I complain
to get back what belongs to me, that I am paying for???
