I am absolutely tired of waiting to be helped by the call centre! I have tried calling about 10 times and have been holding for at least 10 minutes. I have settled my account DAYS ago, with no feedback from MFC as to where my account stand and that they've received the settlement payment. I need the papers, to be able to hand it over to the new owners. This is unacceptable. I would much rather finance at Wesbank since their service is much better.
