Cant get settlement amount! No answer at callcentre

Tried the call centre to get settlement amount for my car. Holding on for 27 minutes until i lost my patience. Got onto the website and sms'd what was required then an automatic reply said that there is no email address on file, replied with the email address and ID number then the reply wrote 'MFC thanks you for requesting a settlement quote. We don't have an active record for the ID number sent. Please contact the MFC call centre: 0860879900". Which i did and held on for another 20 minutes before i lost my patience again! MFC service is atrocious and to think that i wanted to settle my car and buy another one through MFC! THAT IS MOST DEFINITELY NOT HAPPENING. I will try the other 3 banks, i bet i will get better service there. Then they wonder why FNB's (Wesbank) client base is growing so much! SMH.
