Poor Service Delivery!!!

The confirmation of settlement of my finance amount is delaying the process of me obtaining a new motor vehicle leaving me stranded & dependant on others (& highly frustrated).
I had waited for confirmation of settlement for 3 weeks & now I am stuck waiting for a "Paid Up Letter" which might take just as long!!!
This is extremely poor service as the time lines I have been provided by the call centre agents in my world perfect, however reality is far from this.
Really annoyed & tired of this inconvenience already!!!
