Over Deduction

A debit order was taken off me, of around R1 500 more than it should have been! I tried to make contact with MFC before the debit order ran, and again after, but could not get a response telephonically nor via e-mail.

I cancelled the debit order at my bank, and then received an sms to say that I am in arrears!

I do not owe you money! it is you who owe me!

I have tried on several occasions to get through on the numbers 012 436 3054 and 0860 879 900, I have stayed on the line for 10 minutes and have not managed to speak to an agent!

I have also e-mailed [Email Removed] response time promised is 24hrs it is now 6 weeks later and I have had no response.

PLEASE get someone to assist me. PLEASE.
