I WENT TO NEDBANK CENTURION WITH MY YOUNGER SISTER TO ASSIST HER WITH HER CARD AS IT WAS REFUSING TO DRAW CASH.WE WERE THEN HELPED BY SHIRLEY AND I MUST SAY SHE WAS VERY USELESS INSTEAD SHE WAS CHEAKY AND FROWNING HER FACE, AS I WAS TRYING TO UNDERSTAND WHAT MIGHT REALLY BE THE PROBLEM SHE LASHES ME IN A WAY THAT NO BANK CONSULTANT SHOULD EVER SPEAK TO A CUSTOMER. IM A VERY SERVICE ORIENTATED PERSON SO I DID NOT UNDERSTAND HER BAD ATTITUDE AT ALL. IT WAS NOT THE FIRST TIME SHES BEEN RUDE, IT HAPPENED BEFORE ON 07/12/2010 BUT I THOUGH SHE HAD ONE OF THOSE DAYS AND I LET IT GO BUT HER BAD SERVICE IS REALLY IRRITATING AND IM SURE IM NOT THE ONLY ONE. MY SISTER THEN WENT ON SATURDAY THE 15/06/2013 AND WAS ASSISTED BY A DIFFERENT LADY WHO WAS VERY HELPFUL AND ASSISTED HER. I WOULD LIKE NEDBANK TO MAKE SURE THAT SHE IS TAKEN TO A CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE TRAINING BEFORE SHE DOES IT TO SOMEONE ELSE. HER ATTITUDE RTEALLY STINKS.
