On th 11th of May Nedbank send me a replacement credit card.
Problem 1: The replacement card has the same expiry date as the old card.
Problem 2: On the 11th I used the credit card and today (14th) I saw that two transactions has been deducted twice.
Problem 3: I phoned the customer service not once but three times. The second person had this aggressive tone and a bad attitude he disconnected me. When I spoke to the third person after being disconnected twice I was told that I have now have to go into the bank and solve the issue myself or I have to go to the merchant. What is the purpose of the help desk? I was told my depute will take 45 days to be resolved.
Clearly Nedbank does not care about there customers they do not take responsibility.
