Nedbank doesn't attemp to understand their client

I have had countless issues with Nedbank, Today i no longer no what the best move is, i try and make arrangements, to find there's no arrangements in place, you take the time to go into the bank to talk to a consultant (inperson) they direct you to a phone. At nedbank they do what they want, speak to you the way they want, except help you... the volume of inconsistency one receives from Nedbank is just overwhelming... if there is a concerned and competent person party at nedbank that will not blame the system or highlight what they cannot do, let that person call me please, because my conclusion is they purposefully higher puppets so that the blame falls on the person and not the bank itself... disappointing
