Big up to this wonderful employee of Nedbank, she is really good, she understand well what is customer care. As much as I do not trust this bank anymore due to that was committed on my account, however, Prudence has been really help through the difficult time I had through Nedbank. She never changes her face or runaway from me whenever I came for follow up. She completed her job to the end until I got my money. Her attitude is amazing, Big Up to her!!
