Upon my request for a settlement amount, I was informed that should I pay R500.00 in settlement of this account, I will receive a PAID UP letter upon receipting of my payment.
I was informed of this on 05 June 2013, paid R500.00 on 05 June 2013 via EFT, and forwarded proof of payment through to Shaun Olsen as per his request.
Today is 13 June 2013, 6 working days after I had settled this debt, and I have still NOT received a PAID UP letter.
When is someone at Realpeople/DMC going to commit to their service? I have had endless problems with the staff at Realpeople/DMC.
I settled this account so that I no longer have to deal with non-sense like this.
