My African bank Credit card has been unusable for more than 9 weeks. After continual sending of documents to their FICA department I still cannot access any of the money they keep taking from my Account. I keep getting the run around and now really need access to my card I am now told for the 4th time it will take another 48 hours. this is ridiculous! Can someone please call me and sort this out today!!! I will be cancelling my debit order until this is sorted out. I refuse to pay for a service I am unable to use.
