Unprofesional very bad service

I gave my details for a online quote for sort term insurance from ABSA bank. The next day Isaiah Mokoena called me and I desided to accept his quote for the sort term insurance (policy no. 00648620*001) we talked the 20th May 2013. I ask him that the first premium must be the 21 st of June 2013 because there is no funs in my account. I received a sms a few days later which stated that the first premium wil be the 29 May 2013. I send him every day a email to stop that premium it will not be paid. I got no replay from ABSA! I called their hotline left messages send emails asking to cancel the policy because 21 June they want a dubble premium. I already had to pay a pennalty for the debit order which was not payed and still no replay from ABSA. I dont know if they had cancelled the policy or not. I can not affort a dubble premium. I send ABSA Idirect a email last night and 24 hours later I still dont know the status of the policy.
