My wife and I met with Andries in his office on 4/11/2013 to cancel the house owner insurance we have with ABSA, knowing that the debit of the insurance policy was imminent. During the visit he assured us that the issue around the policy will be finalised by the end of the week and that the premium od R 10 502.59 will not be debited. My first official enquiry regarding the lack of feedback was on 3/12/2013. Thereafter I send a flood of enquiries to Andries and the ABSA action line (which is totally useless). Most of this communication were simply ignored. I have also involved my broker from PSG who sold the replacement policy to us, to assist, with limited succes.

In the meantime the debit order for R 10 502.59 has been executed agains my bond account and all requests for re-embursement is simply ignored.
