Refund and Policy Cancelation

I was contacted by ABSA in June, and asked if I would like to join their insurance, after which I agreed and was told that I would receive my policy information details by email, but this never materialised. a few days later i was fortunately contacted by my way who offered a similar quote, and had sent me the whole policy schedule by the time I dropped the phone. I then contacted absa on the 26th before policy commencement, firstly I could not get through to the cancellations department, I waited on the phone for over 30 minutes after which time I decided to just send mail and have proof of my cancellation, i was contacted the next day offered a lower and told I would receive a policy schedule by mail. Once I again I never received this, then on the first I called could not get through as always, then sent mail to cancel, I was contacted the following day after they had deducted the amount i told them i would not be doing business with them as the can not deliver a simple mail, how could I trust them as my insurer. They have made 3 deductions to my account since each a varied amount. I'm, Highly outraged at ABSA
