Saturday night 22 June 2013 at 23:45 I got an sms from ABSA IDIRECT INSURANCE that woke me up. It was to say that my premium Rxxx.xx will be debited on 01/07/2013.
I have lost count of the number of times I have asked them to stop this ridiculous practice. What am I supposed to do about it at that time of night. All my requests have been ignored and have been unanswered.
They are a disgrace. In 7 years my premium has never been unpaid.
