Absa insurance- bad service

I have a homeowners insurance policy with Absa. The administrative service from Absa is absolute shocking. it took me 1 and a half months to get a copy of the insurance policy from them. I've susequently cancelled the policy due to the bad service, but now cannot get them to refund my premium. They do not respond to emails and you are kept on hold endlessly when contacting the call centre. I would not recommend Absa insurance to anyone. I'm ashamed to confess that I'm an Absa employee.
