We are new clients to Absa idirect and I tried to contact them on 0860 202122 for the last 2 days but everytime I am put on hold as all the agents are busy and kept on hold for quite a while. I even sent an email to [Email Removed] yesterday in order to query a R200 admin fee which was charged and deducted with the first premium in this month. No one has come back to me. If this is the service I can expect from my new insurance company then i would rather stay with Outsurance. Can someone from Absa idirect please contact me so that I can cancel this policy as I cant even get through on your own contact details provided on your letterheads.
