Yet again I have spoken to one of your consultants (Patunia), my call was made at 20/05/13 @16h40 I requested to speak to somebody senior, I was then ask to hold the line for 20 minutes! what is wrong with your customer care? I have had it now, each time i get ask to hold I guess this is how you get rid of your customers, instead of just informing me that there is nothing they can do! To wait 3 weeks for feedback is ridiculous. You company is quick to reply when a complaint is logged via Hello Peter but then nothing gets done!!!
