I signed up for a number of policies with Sanlam, Funeral cover (Sanlam sky), Life cover (Sanlam) & Investment policy (Sanlam). I paid my premiums which were over a grand combined every until I experienced some financial difficulties recently. Due to Sanlam's lack of information, I did not know who to contact to notify them that I needed a break from my premiums until I resolve my situation. I have decided to actually surrender these policies with them and find an alternative more present and willing to assist Insurance company to take on my business. Now that I have made that decision, Sanlam is giving me the run around when it comes to paying pack what's due to me as a result of surrending the investment policy I had with them.

Can somebody please contact me and help me retrieve what's due to me and cancel my policies, surely this is not too much to ask.

All I have been getting is different department shifting the responsibility to assist to another, All I require is your assistance as a customer that was loyal enough to put all his policies that the Sanlam umbrella.

Things are looking up for me and I will not go back to you after this horrible treatment.
