TERRIBLE SERVICE - FICA COMPLAINT

I have had an account with Absa for many years! I have always updated my details on a regular basis!!! Everything is up to date!!! I have asked on NUMEROUS occasions to be contacted VIA EMAIL preferably! I even receive my STATEMENTS like this! I went to a store this morning and my card was DECLINED although I KNOW there is money on the card! I phoned Absa to find out what happened and was told that my services has BEEN SUSPENDED! because I have to go to an ABSA branch and verify my details and myself (FICA)!! NO WARNING! NO EMAIL! NO SMS! My MONEY is good enough though! But my SERVICES has been SUSPENDED without warning. BESIDES really INCONVENIENCING ME! This is UNACCEPTABLE and exceptionally POOR. I am furious, upset and want to bank with someone ELSE!
