Bad Service from Sanlam

I took out a life cover insurance in February 2010 with sanlam, however i was incorrectly covered. In Nov 2012 i took a new policy and my advisor said it would overwrite the old policy and only one policy will continue, however that did not happen. Sanlam kept debitting me for both policies. When i brought this to their attention, at first i was told that i did not request for the old to be cancelled, even though i was told otherwise. It's been 3 weeks that i have been waiting for a refund from Sanlam, there is no response. I also terminated one of my policies with them, however at the time the process was finalised they had already lodged a D/O. I was told once premium received i would be refunded. I was debitted the 25th of Jan & still waiting for my refund. I called their call center and spoke to a rude lady who told me that this will be finalised by the 06th of March as it takes 25 days to confirm if premium was received. That to me is beyond ridiculous, and that call center agent could use some intense training on customer service, actually sanlam as a whole.
